If the vendor has not enrolled in Compliance Depot then a UAG vendor account will not exist in Ops. Please check to see if the vendor is actually enrolled in Compliance Depot. United Apartment Group Property Managers are only authorized to purchase from vendors that have been credentialed through Compliance Depot. You may also encounter that a vendor has fallen out of compliance with Compliance Depot and their account has automatically shut off in Ops. Until they return to an "Approved" status you will not be able to create OpsTechnology orders or approve their invoices.
