Recurring orders must be active in Ops in order to auto generate. Check to make sure the recurring item has not expired, if so, extend the end date and click the Update button on the Schedule screen. You may have also selected a date that does not exist for a particular month. If you indicate in the scheduler for the order to occur on the 31st of the month you will not have orders in the system for February, April, June, September, and November as these months do not have 31 days. Also, keep in mind that if a vendor goes out of compliance in Compliance Depot any scheduled order will not generate until they return to an "Approved" status.
